Marine VHF radios, both handheld and on board, are essential pieces of safety equipment that are mandated to be on every vessel. The primary objective of this clinic is to prepare seafarers for the use of Maritime VHF equipment during routine and emergency procedures. This clinic is broken down into two unique modules which upon completion, will allow students to be accredited with the Restricted Radio Operator’s Certificate (ROC(M)) with a Digital Selective Calling (DSC) endorsement.
This course is a staple for anyone who wants to routinely adventure on the fair seas.
