ONLINE: Marine VHF radios, both handheld and on board, are required aboard every vessel as essential safety equipment. Join Instructor Lyle Wetsch for either a 1-day or 2-evening course as you work towards your Restricted Operators Certificate (ROC(M) in this easy to learn online format. The primary objective of this clinic is to prepare seafarers for the use of Maritime VHF equipment during routine and emergency procedures. These courses are a staple for everyone who routinely adventures on the fair seas.

With the rudiments of boat handling in hand, and once you take our VHF and Navigation Clinics, you are ready to enhance and expand your skills with our LEVEL TWO INTERMEDIATE COURSE so that you are comfortable and capable with larger vessels for longer periods of time. Full payment is due at the time of registration. Cancellations made 91+ days prior to the course start date will be subject to a 10% plus tax cancellation fee. The remainder will be refunded via the original method of payment. Cancellations made less than 91 days prior to the course start date are ineligible for a refund. We cannot accept any changes less than 91 days prior to the course start date.
All participants in training programs must be COVID-19 negative upon arrival to our facilities and be willing to submit to a COVID-19 test upon request.
