West Coast Custom 62
Calinda is a custom yacht built by West Coast Custom Yachts. It was made by Forbes Cooper himself and is a 62-foot long pilothouse vessel. It’s the perfect boat for cruising in comfort and luxury. The vessel comes with 3 double cabins that can sleep up to 6 people as well as 2 single berths for an extra 2 additional people. These luxurious living areas are complimented by an Espar heating system ensuring your cruise is lived out in comfort. One of the strongest qualities of this vessel is the amount of priority given to space. Aboard this gem, you will never experience the feeling of tight spaces or crammed sleeping areas. Instead, you will enjoy the spacious design both inside and outside that you might not experience with other vessels. Each of the cabins is private and allows you to step away should you need to result in a more personalized experience. Calinda has all the bells and whistles that are needed to make your favourite entrées, desserts and snacks. It comes with a spacious refrigerator and freezer compartments for your perishable foods. It also has a microwave, hot and cold pressure water systems, and an oven. Its 3-stovetop burners are electrically powered. It also has an ice-maker for those summer day beverages, a blender, and a dishwasher for added cleaning convenience. This boat is a sizable vessel but after a bit of practice, its easy to maneuver around – especially in the tight spaces. This is facilitated by the essential bow thrusters to enhance maneuverability. Calinda, while a larger vessel upon visual inspection, can cruise up to 17 knots. As far as instruments go, Calinda has everything you need for safe and easy travel. It has a knotmeter, depth sounder, wind velocity readings, global positioning systems, radar, VHF transmission, and autopilot. Onboard entertainment features include a CD player, a functional AM/FM radio, a TV and DVD player, cockpit speakers and a DC – plugin. There are 2 heads onboard Calinda, each with its own showering unit. This is accompanied by a sizable 320L holding tank that is equipped with a macerator.
