Desolation Sound Basic Cruise & Learn - Off Season

Earn your basic cruising stripes in one of North America's most dramatic cruising grounds on this five day provisioned voyage. You will learn basic seamanship, safety, anchoring, navigation and boat handling under sail and power. The journey starts when you early board on Sunday at 3pm at Beach Garden Resort in Powell River. Successful students are awarded the Canadian Yachting Association's Basic Cruising Standard and Coast Guard Operator License.
