Cooper Boating is a boating school certifying students for the Canadian Yachting Association (CYA), the International Sail & Power Association (ISPA) and International Yacht Training (IYT).

Sailfast Cooper’s introductory racing program is a five-week course designed to introduce avid sailors to the rules, concepts and culture of sailboat racing. Coached by Racing Instructor, Race Official and active racer Dave Cramb of Race-Ready Performance Sailing the curriculum and course materials expose participants to the overall structure of sailboat races, the governing rules, upwind and downwind sail trim, crew work, tactics and strategies and the specifics necessary to become a crew, or, for those with more experience, a skipper on a racing boat.
