Sailfast

Cooper’s introductory racing program is a five-week course designed to introduce avid sailors to the rules, concepts and culture of sailboat racing. Coached by Racing Instructor, Race Official and active racer Dave Cramb of Race-Ready Performance Sailing the curriculum and course materials expose participants to the overall structure of sailboat races, the governing rules, upwind and downwind sail trim, crew work, tactics and strategies and the specifics necessary to become a crew, or, for those with more experience, a skipper on a racing boat.

This course starts on a
Sunday starting April 25th and will run for FIVE consecutive Sundays. The cost is $499.00 per person (plus tax).
Course fee for JIBSET members will be $399.00 per person (plus tax).

Course Format: Classroom in AM with visual animation and manual, on the Water training, Classroom debriefing.
